Pengba Manbi or Piranha??

This fish is available in Manipur and they are being imported from Myanmar or other states of India and people generally refer to it as Pengba Manbi or Pengba Amubi. In Assam, it is called Chandarupa. But looking closely at it, it has got sharp teeth which local people of Myanmar at times use in place of scissors to trim hair. Is this fish a variety of the dreaded Piranha? Expert comments are welcome...

Wild Walnuts of Manipur - Heijuga

Aaaha!!..Don't ever think of cracking these nuts with your teeth if you don't wish to lose your teeth!! None has ever and I doubt can cracked it with his or her teeth. You need a hammer with a stone or an iron base to crack these nuts. Once you crack, you need a pin to dig out the edible parts. But yes, the taste is Superb and you are definitely rewarded for the labor you put in to crack them!!
